21st Century Classroom Technology Campaign
The Lakeshore Excellence Foundation is spearheading a technology campaign that will help raise funds for Lakeshore Public Schools. These funds will be specifically utilized to facilitate the purchase and implementation of state of the art technology district wide. LEF Kicks Off Technology Campaign
The Lakeshore Excellence Foundation recently held an informational fundraiser dinner to announce the kick off of their Technology Campaign. The event gave the community an opportunity to see 21st Century Classroom technology in action through demonstrations and hands on activities. A “classroom” was created utilizing the same equipment which is currently being used in 14 of the District’s classrooms.

LEF Chairman, Jim Tomczyk, and Fund Development Vice Chairman, Doug Bonawitz, announced the details of the Foundation’s year-long campaign to raise funds to purchase new technology for use in Lakeshore Public Schools classrooms. The LEF wants to help give Lakeshore students the opportunity to enhance and enrich their educational experiences through updated technology equipment. The Foundation realized that state of school budgets today does not leave room for the purchase of such equipment. Their goal is to equip at least 50 more classrooms in the coming year. There will be more community opportunities to see the 21st Century Technology classrooms in action.
